HotCall Plus lets you identify the caller before you interrupt your Internet session.

How? Using Call Waiting Caller ID (provided by your phone company), HotCall Plus continually monitors your telephone for incoming calls -- while you’re online. A flashing light and audible ring will alert you when someone is attempting to call. You can then:

IDENTIFY THE CALLER AND TAKE THE CALL
HotCall Plus will automatically terminate your modem connection.

IDENTIFY THE CALLER AND DECIDE THE CALL ISN'T URGENT
In most cases, HotCall Plus will maintain your modem connection for several seconds (the exact time depends on your modem),allowing you to resume your Internet use.

-OR-

IDENTIFY THE CALLER AND IGNORE THE CALL
Because HotCall Plus is compatible with phone company VoiceMail, you can ignore the call and let the caller leave a message.

Note: HotCall Plus requires Call Waiting service provided by your local telephone company and a Caller ID unit to identify calls. If you don’t own a Caller ID unit and want to also identify calls, consider the HotCall 4000, which also acts as a Caller ID unit. Call your local telephone company for availability and pricing.
